All prescription medications are issued only following a thorough clinical review by our qualified prescribing pharmacist. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee the issue of a prescription. Our pharmacist may request additional information, recommend an alternative treatment, or refer you to your GP where appropriate.
Prescriptions are valid only for the patient named and must not be shared. Re-ordering is subject to an ongoing clinical review and is not automatic. We comply fully with all applicable UK prescribing regulations and guidance from the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pound sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for. If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and no medication will be dispensed.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched and delivered within 1 working day. Delivery is available to UK addresses only. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
You are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure delivery address is provided. We cannot be held responsible for medications delivered to an incorrect address provided by you, or for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
You may cancel your order before clinical approval and dispatch by contacting us promptly. If your order has already been approved and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications in accordance with UK law and GPhC guidance, as returned medicines cannot be resold or reused for safety reasons.
If your order is declined by our pharmacist, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days. If you experience a genuine error with your order, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the matter fairly.
